In the Quechua language, Pakta means "union". It represents the union of two cuisines and cultures: Japanese and Peruvian. The design of the restaurant emerges from this idea. An explosion of colours evocative of Peru envelopes the space. This chromatic "second skin", referencing the craft of the Peruvian loom, offers a surprising combination of colours that contrast with the simple Japanese design of the sushi bar.

The sake and pisco bar acts as a filter between the interior and the street in the entrance area.
